PIZZA WITH BACON AND SALAMI

Ingredients:


- 3/4 smooth flour,

- 3/4 leaven,

- salt,

- 20 decagram(dag) of ham,

- 20 dag bacon,

- 5 dag salami,

- 30 dag cheese,

- majonez+ketchup,

- 1 onion,

- 1 red paprika,

- mixture spices for pizza,

- gorngozola cheese,

- boletus


Instruction:



Dough must be smooth (before we make dough we must pu t oil and salt in flour).

Our dough must stand still at least 20 minutes.
In the meantime we cut onion and paprika on small pieces.

We roll out the dough and put on majonez and ketchup.

After that we must strew some mixture spices for pizza.

Now is time for chesse and ham. On the top of the pizza we put gorngonzola chesse and a few boletus.

After that we put pizza in the oven.

When the pizza is almost over we put on bacon, salami, onion and paprika.

Make pizza


Nacho Pizza

Ingredients

-dough for pizza

-1 cup Pizza Sauce

-3/4 cup refried beans

-1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

-1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

-1/4 cup ripe olives,drained, sliced,

-1 Tbsp. green chiles, dicedfresh cilantro (optional) , chopped

Directions


Combine pizza sauce and beans in small cup or pan. Then cook, stirring constantly, over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes(or until smooth).Spread sauce mixture over crust to within 1 inch of edge; top with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, olives and chiles.

Bake according to pizza crust package directions or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. Garnish with tortilla chips and cilantro.

HOW TO MAKE A PIZZA?

1. How to make a dough for pizza?

First you have to mix leaven and water and a little bit of sugar. You mix it and leave it for 7 minutes.
In flour we put oil (you can use olive oil)a bit of salt and mixture of leaven. All of this we must mix. After that we cover that with towel (tea towel,...) and we leave it for about 20 minutes.
And we have our first dough for pizza.






2. Next step for making pizza

Next step is to roll a dough on dimension we want.
Now we have to oil the platter and put the dough for a pizza on it.
After that we put a ketchup on dough and we spread it all around it. For ordinary pizza we use ham and cheese. When we have put ham and cheese it is time for the mushrooms (if you like it). After the mushrooms we have to strew basilica and origano.


Our pizza is almost over. In the meantime we turn on the oven. The right temperature is from 180 to 200 degree.
When to oven is ready we put a pizza in and then we have to wait for some 20 minutes.
Pizza is ready! Good appetite.
